Introduction to English Paper Piecing

Sunday 6/5 2-5PM

Slow down, relax, and enjoy hand sewing with English Paper Piecing (EPP), a SUPER portable and precise technique you can bring along on all your adventures.  EPP
is a traditional sewing method where fabric is folded over paper pieces which fit together like a puzzle. It can be used to add decorative motifs to small items like bags and pillows, or to form an entire quilt.
Open to all skill levels, beginners in this class will learn how to baste your fabric to the papers, sew them together, and how to hold your sewing (which is more important than you might think). If you've already got the basics under your belt, this is a great chance to refine your technique and get fussy-cutting pointers, as well as enjoy the best aspect of EPP...socializing!

This class will be held at our NEW classroom in the Beacon Music Factory at 333 Fishkill Avenue.
Vaccination and masking required. Upon registration please email a screenshot of your Excelsior pass or vaccination card to
