Embellishing 101
Have you ever wanted to personalize your clothes? To cover up logos or holes? To add some sparkle?
Embellishing is a way to put your own mark on your wardrobe without having to construct new garments from scratch. You can stitch on patches, add contrast stitching, or embroider a geometric pattern with sequins. These techniques work on so many garments - baseball hats, button down shirts, jeans, canvas sneakers, and backpacks, just to name a few.
In this class we’ll be making an embellishment sampler where you can learn and practice your new techniques including patching, simple embroidery, and stitching sequins or beads.
This class needs two people to run.
