Lander Pants
Tuesdays 7/29, 8/5, and 8/12, 6:30-9PM
Intimidated by pants? Let's sew them together! Make yourself a pair of pants while gaining confidence in key garment construction skills. We will tackle pockets, sewing a button fly, decorative topstitching, and personalizing your garment! This class is recommended for sewists who have some experience with sewing clothing, but are looking to learn new tips, gain more confidence, and try something outside their comfort zone. Students should have access to a sewing machine outside of class, in order to continue working on they project between classes.
The Lander Pant and Short is high waisted with a button fly. The design includes front and back patch pockets, belt loops, and a straight fit through the legs. It has three length options: 4" inseam shorts, ankle length, and boot length (to be worn with a heel). The pattern comes in sizes 0-18 (paper or PDF) or 14-32 (PDF only).
This class requires 3 students to run.
This class will be held at 217 Main Street.
By enrolling in this class you agree to the following policies:
- Full tuition is due at time of registration.

You may withdraw from a class and receive a full refund, minus 4% processing fees, up to one week before class begins. After that time, refunds will be issued as credit for future classes. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or class credit.
- We're currently following CDC Mask Guidelines for Dutchess County based on the information here. Please check mask guidance prior to attending.
- If we need to cancel a class you will receive a full refund.
